We are proud to showcase a range of Japanese-inspired artworks and installations crafted in collaboration with Scrap.Art8 Studio. Each piece tells a unique story and many are crafted from recycled or reusable materials sourced from our everyday sushi operations and people’s daily lives. They are the artisitics innovative interpretation of our slogan “Fresh. Healthy. Sustainable.”
